Kenya Judiciary Academy Secretariat, (KJA) |

For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: - |
-
i.A bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Law, Education or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution |
-
ii.A Management Course or its equivalent from a recognized institution |
-
iii.Proficiency in computer application skills; and |
-
iv.Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution. |
-
Experience: |
-
i.At least three (3) years relevant work experience as a Curriculum Development Officer II or Previous work experience as a Lecturer or Law Practitioner writing curriculum instructional materials for adults for at least three (3) years. |
-
ii.At least one (1) year at Supervisory Management Level |

Duties and Responsibilities |
-i.Establishing and maintaining high levels of professional conduct in the area of responsibility; |
-
ii.Developing relevant and quality curriculum and curriculum support materials; |
-
iii.Ensuring improvement in Training programs, teaching, learning and learner experience; |
-
iv.Ensuring that the Academy’s quality processes are embedded within the curriculum area, in order to demonstrate their impact upon program delivery (teaching and learning); |
-
v.Ensuring training programs and curricula meets learners training needs to impact on the now and emerging issues. |
-
vi.Developing and reviewing of data collection documents for evaluation and vetting of curriculum and support materials |
-
vii.Analyzing training programs and curricula and give feedback to management. |
-
